Dear Customers

We wanted to contact you with regards to our overnight carrier service. As I'm sure you are all aware, since the pandemic the number of packages being handled and delivered by courier companies has dramatically increased. We have probably all experienced an issue with something ordered over the last year not arriving on time. With this in mind we would just like to highlight that our carrier service, although very efficient, is not immune to this problem.

As our boxes contain livestock this is a much more sensitive issue, and we would like to reassure people that should an issue occur, we will obviously look to have it remedied as fast as possible, but this may lead to boxes arriving later in the day. For some customers this may mean that you will need access to your stores "out of hours" so arrangements for this should be in place. With the animals welfare in mind, and the winter months soon upon us, we just wanted to remind customers of our shared responsibilities. Although 99% of our deliveries are made without issue, there is always a chance something could be held up, so an appropriate contingency plan needs to be in place.

With the world slowly opening up again, we are hopeful to get fish in from more and more suppliers, so we look forward to being able to offer other species in the coming months.
